SUSTAINABILITY & EMPLOYEES
Since our start in 1968, sustainability has been close to our hearts. By letting sustainability permeate our entire business, we create value for our stakeholders, while at the same time contributing to a better environment and a more inclusive society.
Our most important task from a sustainability perspective is to contribute with our broad expertise to creating and optimizing sustainable driveline solutions for different types of vehicles. As pioneers regarding circular business models, we have also for many years run sustainable business by enabling the reuse of components and replacement units. We work exclusively with renovations, we do not carry out short-term repairs. Our own cycle of quality-controlled spare parts and replacement units contributes to reduced environmental impact and lower costs through reuse.
CIRCULARITY
Our most important asset is our employees. Working with equality is therefore a natural part of our everyday life, and our workplace is characterized by an open culture where we take into account and make use of each employee's driving forces and skills. All Trans-Auto employees must be given the opportunity for both development and training.

It is our tool for managing and streamlining our operations, and there we have collected our routines, policies, goals and action plans. Our management system means that we continuously and systematically develop and improve our working methods with a focus on both customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
OUR SUSTAINABILITY GOALS
Our business is powered by 100% renewable energy from water and wind power. At the same time, we strive to conserve energy and resources in various ways to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions. In order to find new ways to improve, we monitor our emissions from purchased and produced energy as well as for internal transport. We also work to reduce emissions throughout the value chain through close collaboration with our suppliers and customers. To ensure a more sustainable supply chain, we set requirements through our code of conduct.
We work actively to reduce the use of environmentally and health-hazardous chemicals, and to prevent environmentally harmful emissions into the water in our workshop. By following up on our waste management and working according to the waste hierarchy, we ensure a more environmentally friendly waste management.
