GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
PRICES
We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. Prices in price lists, quotations and other documents normally apply excluding VAT.
PENNY LEVELING
Price equalization is applied according to current Swedish and/or European regulations.
DELIVERIES
Goods that are not in stock at the time of the order, remaining items are noted for later delivery unless otherwise agreed. Specified delivery times apply subject to intermediate sales or due to delays from our suppliers.
PACKAGING
Charged normally and not refunded.
SHIPPING
All prices freely apply to our warehouse in Södertälje unless otherwise agreed.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Items that we do not normally stock can only be canceled/returned after approval. Please note that this also applies to parts that have been ordered but not yet delivered.
RETURNS
Any returns must first be approved by us and must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date. For later returns, we reserve the right to reduce the credited amount. Items we do not normally stock are only taken back if our supplier approves the return, and this is done with deduction of shipping and other fees. All returns must be made with freight paid unless otherwise agreed.
ARRIVAL CONTROL
Any complaints about wrong deliveries such as the wrong number or the wrong article must be notified to us within 10 days of receiving the goods.
WORKSHOP WORK
In the case of workshop jobs that are not completed, we reserve the right to charge the actual time taken, however a maximum of 60% of the fixed labor cost.
PAYMENT TERMS
According to agreement. Possible credit after credit check. Granted credit can be revoked if our terms and conditions are not respected.
INTEREST TERMS
In the event of late payment, late payment interest is charged with a discount rate + 8%. We also reserve the right to charge costs for payment reminders, currently SEK 500 per reminder.
WARRANTIES
Applies according to the respective industry association or alternatively our main companies' warranty conditions. The seller's warranty commitment means that we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the faulty item. Repair or replacement can either be carried out on site or, if we so request, the buyer must send the goods to us or a workshop designated by us. For work carried out by our workshop, the warranty applies for 6 months or an operating time of 1000 hours, whichever occurs first. Our guarantees do NOT cover costs for disassembly/assembly, loss of production, machine downtime or other loss of profit and/or other consequential economic loss. Otherwise refer to NL 01.
FORCE MAJEURE
Otherwise refer to NL 01.
DISPUTE
Shall primarily be settled by negotiation, otherwise by the arbitrator according to the Act on Arbitrators. Swedish law applies.
